Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with corporate accounts in Colombia and LATAM
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and contract signing
  • Conduct product demonstrations showcasing HubSpot's CRM, inbound marketing, and sales hub solutions
  • Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and partners to drive revenue growth
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
  • Provide insights on market trends and customer feedback to inform product roadmap
  • Leverage HubSpot's growth playbook to scale deals efficiently
  • Participate in sales training and contribute to HubSpot's HEART values (Humble, Empathetic, Adaptable, Remarkable, Transparent)
  • Track all sales activities in HubSpot CRM and maintain accurate forecasting

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or technology sales
  • Proven track record of closing deals with corporate accounts (500+ employees)
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
  • Experience working in the Latin American market, specifically Colombia
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and inbound marketing principles
  • Ability to work remotely or from HubSpot's Colombia office with flexible hours
  • Legal authorization to work in Colombia

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling HubSpot or similar CRM/inbound marketing platforms
  • Previous success in quota attainment exceeding 100% consistently
  • Familiarity with Colombian enterprise business landscape
  • Advanced degree or certifications in sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger Sale)
  • Experience with sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, or Gong
