You'll collaborate closely with Solutions Engineers, Customer Success Managers, and our Marketing team to build robust pipelines, exceed quotas, and expand our footprint in the vibrant Mexican market. Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with corporate accounts in the Mexican territory
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and contract signing
  • Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers in Mexico
  • Conduct product demonstrations showcasing HubSpot's CRM, inbound marketing, and sales tools
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Marketing teams to ensure seamless onboarding and expansion
  • Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual quotas
  • Leverage HubSpot's inbound methodology to drive pipeline growth
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales approaches
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasts in HubSpot
  • Represent HubSpot at industry events and conferences in Mexico
  • Mentor junior sales team members on best practices
  • Stay updated on HubSpot product updates and competitive landscape

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or technology sales targeting corporate accounts
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in the Mexican market
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience selling CRM, inbound marketing, or marketing automation solutions
  • Ability to travel up to 25% within Mexico and Latin America
  • Strong understanding of the Mexican enterprise business landscape
  • Experience working remotely or from Colombia with cross-border sales responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous success selling to mid-market or enterprise accounts in Mexico
