Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect corporate-level opportunities for HubSpot's CRM and inbound marketing solutions
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at large enterprises
  • Conduct outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to develop targeted sales strategies
  • Demo HubSpot's platform to showcase value in CRM, marketing automation, and revenue operations
  • Track and report on pipeline progress using HubSpot CRM and sales tools
  • Attend industry events and corporate meetings to expand HubSpot's partner network
  • Contribute to business development campaigns aligned with HubSpot's growth culture
  • Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities in inbound marketing
  • Support cross-functional teams in sales enablement and customer success initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, with HubSpot experience highly valued
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, growth-oriented culture
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales enablement tools
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for corporate events and partnerships
