Day-to-day, you'll dive into contract reviews, redlines, and negotiations, leveraging HubSpot CRM to track workflows and forecast revenue impacts. You'll navigate DACH-specific nuances like GDPR and local commercial codes, collaborating with our global legal, sales, and finance teams to scale processes amid hyper-growth. Your expertise will accelerate deal velocity, mitigate risks, and uphold HubSpot's transparent, customer-obsessed culture, all while contributing to our flywheel of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

  • Review, negotiate, and draft complex commercial contracts for upmarket DACH customers, ensuring compliance with HubSpot's standards and local regulations
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Leaders to accelerate deal closures while mitigating legal risks
  • Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle using HubSpot CRM, from redlining to execution and renewal tracking
  • Advise on inbound marketing service agreements, ensuring alignment with HubSpot's growth culture and customer success flywheel
  • Partner with global legal teams to standardize DACH-specific contract templates and playbooks
  • Conduct risk assessments for high-value deals, focusing on data privacy (GDPR) and IP protections
  • Track contract performance metrics in HubSpot to support revenue recognition and forecasting
  • Educate sales teams on contract best practices and HubSpot's legal guardrails
  • Support M&A integrations and vendor agreements in the DACH region as needed
  • Contribute to process improvements in contract management to scale with HubSpot's hyper-growth

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or commercial contracting within the SaaS or technology sector
  • Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) at a native or C1+ level
  • Proven track record managing high-volume contract negotiations in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
  • Deep understanding of GDPR, EU data protection laws, and DACH-specific commercial regulations
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, for tracking contract workflows and customer data
  • Strong ability to collaborate with sales, legal, and finance teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model from our Munich or Frankfurt office
