Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the UX strategy for HubSpot's upmarket product suite, focusing on enterprise CRM and inbound marketing tools
  • Build and mentor a world-class UX team to deliver intuitive experiences for complex enterprise workflows
  • Conduct user research with upmarket customers to uncover pain points in CRM adoption and usage

Required Qualifications

  • Deep expertise in user research, interaction design, and visual design for enterprise customers
