Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of ML engineers to build and deploy AI-powered features enhancing HubSpot's CRM and inbound marketing platform
  • Drive the technical roadmap for machine learning initiatives focused on customer insights, predictive analytics, and personalization
  • Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and marketing teams to define ML use cases aligned with HubSpot's growth goals
  • Mentor and grow engineering talent in a high-impact, culture-first environment
  • Design and optimize scalable ML pipelines for processing large-scale CRM data

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or data science roles
  • 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams, with a focus on ML/AI projects
  • Proven track record of deploying ML models at scale in production environments
  • Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and ML frameworks
  • Strong understanding of CRM data pipelines, customer analytics, and inbound marketing metrics
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps tools like Kubeflow or MLflow
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced growth environment
