Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-performing engineering team focused on HubSpot's CRM and inbound marketing products
  • Drive the technical vision and roadmap for key platform features that empower customer growth
  • Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate inbound marketing strategies into scalable solutions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role
  • Proven track record of leading engineering teams to deliver scalable CRM or SaaS products
  • Deep expertise in building and optimizing customer-facing platforms in fast-paced environments
  • Experience with modern development practices including CI/CD, Agile methodologies, and cloud infrastructure
  • Strong understanding of inbound marketing technologies and customer data platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and foster a culture of innovation and growth
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision making

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working at a high-growth SaaS company like HubSpot
  • Familiarity with HubSpot's CRM ecosystem or inbound marketing tools
