Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of engineers building innovative features for HubSpot's CRM platform
  • Drive the technical vision and roadmap for inbound marketing and sales automation tools

  • Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver customer-obsessed solutions
  • Architect scalable, reliable systems handling millions of inbound leads and customer interactions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role
  • Proven track record of leading engineering teams to deliver scalable CRM or SaaS products
  • Deep expertise in building and optimizing cloud-native applications, preferably with AWS or GCP
  • Strong understanding of inbound marketing technologies and customer data platforms
  • Experience mentoring engineers and fostering a high-growth, collaborative culture
  • Demonstrated ability to drive technical decisions in fast-paced, customer-centric environments
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to engineering challenges
