Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate segment in India to drive pipeline growth
  • Leverage HubSpot CRM to manage leads, track interactions, and forecast sales accurately
  • Execute inbound marketing strategies to generate and nurture high-quality leads
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on growth initiatives
  • Conduct demos and presentations of HubSpot's inbound marketing and sales solutions
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and market trends to optimize growth strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in target accounts
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly revenue targets through proactive outreach and account management
  • Contribute to HubSpot's growth culture by sharing insights and innovating processes
  • Stay updated on CRM best practices and inbound methodologies to advise clients effectively
  • Support regional events, webinars, and thought leadership to boost brand presence in India

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or growth roles within SaaS or tech industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, with hands-on experience using HubSpot or similar platforms
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to analyze data and leverage insights for strategic growth initiatives
  • Experience working in the Indian market or with APAC customers preferred
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Hindi or other regional languages is a plus
