Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound outreach to Portuguese-speaking prospects in LATAM via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify inbound leads generated through HubSpot's inbound marketing engine
  • Deliver personalized product demos showcasing HubSpot CRM and inbound tools
  • Guide prospects through the buyer's journey using consultative selling techniques
  • Collaborate with marketing and success teams to nurture leads into customers
  • Achieve monthly quotas for qualified opportunities and closed-won deals
  • Provide coaching on inbound methodologies to help customers grow revenue
  • Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM for pipeline forecasting
  • Participate in team huddles and contribute to HubSpot's HEART values (Humble, Empathetic, Adaptable, Remarkable, Transparent)
  • Identify upsell opportunities within existing LATAM customer base
  • Support localization efforts for Portuguese content and campaigns

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, sales, or related field
  • Fluency in Portuguese (Brazilian preferred) and proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus
  • Entry-level position: 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer success, or inbound marketing
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and inbound marketing principles
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Availability to work in a flexible schedule supporting LATAM time zones
  • Legal right to work in Brazil or eligible for remote work in LATAM
