Collaborating closely with sales, product, and success teams, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to marketing leaders and CROs, helping them scale with HubSpot's unified platform in a competitive SaaS landscape. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Services Consultants to deliver exceptional onboarding, implementation, and optimization services for HubSpot customers
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize customer adoption of HubSpot CRM and inbound marketing tools
  • Drive customer success metrics including time-to-value, feature adoption, and Net Promoter Score (NPS)
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within assigned accounts and collaborate with sales teams
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions on HubSpot best practices for inbound methodology and growth strategies
  • Manage complex implementation projects, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with customer goals
  • Provide thought leadership on revenue operations, marketing automation, and customer lifecycle management
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the services team, sharing HubSpot success stories
  • Analyze customer usage data to recommend personalized optimization strategies
  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives on leveraging HubSpot for sustainable business growth

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in SaaS account management, professional services, or consulting roles
  • Proven track record of leading client success teams and driving renewals in CRM or inbound marketing environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot CRM, inbound marketing methodologies, and revenue operations
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics including ARR, churn reduction, and expansion revenue
  • Experience managing complex customer relationships at enterprise level
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to handle multiple client engagements
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced growth culture

Preferred Qualifications

  • HubSpot Solutions Partner Program certification or equivalent
  • Experience in scaling services delivery for mid-market or enterprise customers
  • Background in inbound sales or marketing operations
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and revenue orchestration
  • MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field
  • Prior leadership experience mentoring junior consultants
