In this pivotal role, you'll lead a team of consultants dedicated to helping enterprise customers unlock the full potential of HubSpot's Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations Hubs. You'll drive adoption, optimize inbound marketing strategies, and ensure customers achieve remarkable results in their revenue operations—all while embodying our growth culture and HEART values. As Lead Services Consultant, you'll consult directly with customers to design and implement tailored service plans that accelerate their use of HubSpot CRM. You'll analyze usage data, identify expansion opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Account Management teams to reduce churn and boost lifetime value. Leading by example, you'll mentor your team on best practices, conduct hands-on workshops, and contribute to HubSpot's playbook of success stories.
