Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Services Consultants to deliver exceptional post-sales support and optimization services to HubSpot customers
  • Consult with enterprise clients on maximizing ROI from HubSpot CRM through inbound marketing strategies and revenue operations
  • Develop and execute customized service delivery plans aligned with HubSpot's growth culture and customer success framework
  • Mentor and coach team members on HubSpot best practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation
  • Collaborate with Account Management and Sales teams to identify upsell opportunities and reduce churn
  • Analyze customer usage data to provide actionable insights and drive adoption of HubSpot tools
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions on inbound methodology and CRM optimization
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables for services engagements
  • Contribute to HubSpot's knowledge base with case studies and playbooks
  • Champion HubSpot's HEART values (Humble, Empathetic, Adaptable, Remarkable, Transparent) in all customer interactions

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in customer-facing services consulting or account management roles within SaaS or technology environments
  • Proven track record of leading customer success initiatives for CRM or inbound marketing platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot CRM, inbound marketing methodologies, and revenue operations
  • Experience managing and mentoring teams of services consultants
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, churn reduction, and customer health scores
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for customer meetings and HubSpot events

Preferred Qualifications

  • HubSpot Solutions Partner Program certification or equivalent
  • Experience with HubSpot's Service Hub, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub
  • Previous leadership role in a high-growth SaaS company
  • Familiarity with outbound and inbound sales strategies
  • Advanced knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics or HubSpot Reporting
