In this pivotal role, you'll be the technical visionary guiding enterprise customers across Latin America in leveraging HubSpot's full ecosystem to fuel their growth. You'll architect transformative solutions that blend HubSpot's Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations Hubs with custom integrations, all while embodying our culture of humility, empathy, adaptability, remarkable service, and transparency. Reporting to the LATAM Services Director, you'll thrive in a remote-first environment that celebrates innovation and customer success. As Lead Solutions Architect LATAM, you'll partner closely with our sales and customer success teams to design and validate bespoke HubSpot implementations that solve complex business challenges. From leading discovery workshops and crafting scalable architectures to delivering compelling proofs-of-concept, you'll showcase how HubSpot's inbound methodology drives measurable revenue growth. You'll mentor regional partners and junior engineers, ensuring technical excellence while navigating LATAM-specific nuances like LGPD compliance and multilingual deployments. Your expertise will directly influence deal velocity and expansion opportunities in high-potential markets like Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia.
