Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and architecture of complex HubSpot implementations for LATAM enterprise customers, ensuring alignment with inbound marketing and CRM best practices
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create compelling technical proposals and solution blueprints that drive deal closure
  • Conduct workshops and proof-of-concept demonstrations showcasing HubSpot's growth potential for customer revenue expansion
  • Mentor and guide Solutions Engineers and partners in LATAM on advanced HubSpot configurations and custom integrations
  • Translate customer business challenges into scalable HubSpot-centric solutions, optimizing for inbound methodology and customer growth
  • Stay ahead of HubSpot product roadmap and ecosystem updates to advise customers on emerging features and innovations
  • Build relationships with key LATAM stakeholders, including C-level executives, to position HubSpot as their strategic growth partner
  • Analyze technical requirements and develop migration strategies from legacy CRM systems to HubSpot
  • Contribute to HubSpot's LATAM go-to-market strategy by providing technical insights and customer feedback

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in software architecture, consulting, or pre-sales engineering roles, with at least 5 years focused on CRM solutions
  • Proven track record leading technical solutions for enterprise customers in LATAM markets
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot CRM, inbound marketing methodologies, and the HubSpot ecosystem (Marketing, Sales, Service Hubs)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred
  • Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese a strong plus for broader LATAM coverage
  • Experience architecting scalable cloud-based solutions using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Strong understanding of data privacy regulations like LGPD (Brazil) and local LATAM compliance standards
  • Ability to travel up to 30% within LATAM for customer meetings and events
