Key Responsibilities

  • Design, launch, and iterate on the Lead Technical Skills Enablement Program for Customer Success teams, focusing on HubSpot CRM mastery

  • Develop comprehensive training curricula, including hands-on workshops, e-learning modules, and certification pathways
  • Partner with Operations, Product, and Enablement teams to align program with HubSpot's growth culture and inbound methodology
  • Measure program success through metrics like CSAT, ramp time reduction, and technical proficiency scores
