Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Corporate Sales Representatives focused on the Japan market
  • Drive revenue growth by achieving quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to Japanese enterprises using HubSpot's CRM and inbound marketing tools
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure customer-centric growth
  • Conduct sales training, coaching, and performance reviews for team members
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize pipelines and forecasting
  • Represent HubSpot at industry events, conferences, and client meetings in Japan
  • Champion HubSpot's inbound methodology and growth culture within the team
  • Monitor competitor activity and adapt sales approaches accordingly
  • Ensure compliance with HubSpot's sales processes and Japanese market regulations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in SaaS or technology sales
  • Proven track record of managing a sales team and achieving revenue targets in the Japan market
  • Fluency in Japanese and English (both written and spoken)
  • Deep understanding of the Japanese business culture and market dynamics
  • Experience selling CRM, inbound marketing, or marketing automation solutions
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with enterprise-level clients
  • Availability to travel within Japan as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working at a high-growth SaaS company like HubSpot

  • MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field
