Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Corporate Sales Representatives, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management to drive quota attainment
  • Develop and execute sales strategies focused on inbound marketing leads and CRM-driven opportunities within the corporate segment
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to optimize the sales funnel and buyer experience
  • Forecast sales pipelines accurately using HubSpot CRM and analytics tools to inform leadership decisions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling HubSpot solutions
  • Conduct regular deal reviews, sales training sessions, and enablement programs emphasizing inbound methodology
  • Analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and customer feedback to refine go-to-market strategies
  • Champion HubSpot's HEART values (Humble, Empathetic, Adaptable, Remarkable, Transparent) in all team interactions
  • Partner with executive leadership to align sales initiatives with company growth objectives
  • Manage territory planning, resource allocation, and sales process improvements for maximum efficiency

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a corporate sales or account management role
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in a SaaS or technology environment
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, inbound marketing principles, and the full buyer journey
  • Experience leading a sales team of 5-10 representatives with demonstrated results in team performance
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM, sales analytics tools, and revenue operations best practices
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented culture with a focus on innovation and customer success
