HubSpot, the world's leading CRM platform powering inbound marketing, sales, and customer service, is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to join our dynamic Sales team in Ireland, focusing on the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). As a German-speaking AE, you'll drive revenue growth by selling HubSpot's powerful suite of tools to mid-market companies ($50K-$250K ARR), helping them adopt inbound methodologies to attract, engage, and delight customers. Based in Ireland, you'll thrive in our high-growth culture, collaborating with a world-class team committed to the flywheel model of sustainable business expansion. In this quota-carrying role, you'll own the full sales cycle: from prospecting high-potential DACH leads via LinkedIn, email, and events, to delivering compelling demos showcasing HubSpot's CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub integrations. You'll partner with Solutions Engineers to address technical needs, negotiate contracts, and close deals that transform businesses. Success means consistently exceeding targets while embodying HubSpot's HEART values (Humble, Empathetic, Adaptable, Remarkable, Transparent) in every customer interaction.
