As a German-speaking AE, you'll drive revenue growth by selling HubSpot's powerful suite of tools to mid-market companies ($50K-$250K ARR), helping them adopt inbound methodologies to attract, engage, and delight customers. In this quota-carrying role, you'll own the full sales cycle: from prospecting high-potential DACH leads via LinkedIn, email, and events, to delivering compelling demos showcasing HubSpot's CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub integrations. You'll partner with Solutions Engineers to address technical needs, negotiate contracts, and close deals that transform businesses. Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new pipeline within mid-market DACH accounts using inbound and outbound strategies
  • Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and presentations tailored to inbound marketing and CRM needs
  • Manage full sales cycle from lead qualification to closed-won, achieving quarterly quotas
  • Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers in DACH
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers for technical demos and proofs-of-concept
  • Utilize HubSpot CRM to track activities, forecast accurately, and drive revenue growth
  • Develop account strategies aligned with HubSpot's flywheel methodology
  • Attend industry events and contribute to DACH market intelligence
  • Provide customer feedback to inform product roadmap and inbound marketing innovations
  • Mentor junior team members on sales best practices and growth culture

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of quota-carrying sales experience in SaaS, CRM, or inbound marketing software
  • Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken)
  • Proven track record of closing mid-market deals (ARR $50K-$250K)
  • Experience selling into DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) with understanding of local business culture
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Ability to work from Ireland (Dublin or remote within Ireland)
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms and inbound marketing methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools (Salesforce, Marketo)
  • Prior success in new business acquisition within EMEA markets
  • Familiarity with DACH-specific compliance (GDPR, data privacy)
