Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with mid-market companies in UK/Ireland
  • Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and contract signing
  • Conduct product demonstrations showcasing HubSpot's CRM and inbound marketing solutions
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in marketing and sales teams
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers for tailored proofs-of-concept and pilots
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly quota targets (£500K+ ARR)
  • Leverage HubSpot's growth tools to drive inbound leads and outbound campaigns
  • Provide customer feedback to inform product roadmap and marketing strategies

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of quota-carrying sales experience in SaaS, CRM, or inbound marketing software
  • Proven track record of closing deals in the mid-market segment (£50K-£250K ACV)
  • Experience selling into UK/Ireland markets with understanding of regional business dynamics
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms and inbound marketing methodologies
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Irish Gaelic) a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for customer meetings and events

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience at HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar inbound-focused CRM companies
