Your day-to-day will involve conducting quarterly business reviews, optimizing customer onboarding, and uncovering expansion opportunities within our Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs. You'll leverage HubSpot's inbound methodology to align strategies with Nordics-specific market nuances, ensuring customers maximize ROI from our all-in-one CRM. Proactively monitoring health scores and usage data, you'll mitigate risks and celebrate wins, all while embodying our HEART values in every interaction. We're looking for a passionate professional fluent in English and a Nordic language, with proven SaaS customer success experience.
