Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Nordics-based HubSpot customers, ensuring their success and adoption of the platform
  • Drive customer retention, expansion, and renewal by identifying growth opportunities within accounts
  • Conduct regular business reviews, onboarding sessions, and success planning with customers
  • Collaborate with HubSpot's sales, product, and support teams to deliver exceptional inbound marketing and CRM outcomes
  • Educate customers on HubSpot's full suite of tools, including Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address risks to prevent churn
  • Champion HubSpot's growth culture by fostering customer advocacy and case studies
  • Localize strategies to align with Nordics-specific market needs and inbound methodologies
  • Track and report on customer success KPIs, contributing to regional revenue goals
  • Stay updated on HubSpot product releases and inbound marketing best practices to maximize customer value

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS sales support roles
  • Proven track record of managing and growing customer accounts in the Nordics region
  • Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish)
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, inbound marketing principles, and SaaS business models
  • Experience working with HubSpot or similar inbound marketing platforms
  • Ability to travel up to 25% within the Nordics region
  • EU work authorization and ability to be based in Stockholm, Copenhagen, Oslo, or Helsinki

Preferred Qualifications

  • HubSpot certification (e.g., Customer Success or Inbound Marketing)
  • Previous experience in the tech/SaaS industry serving Nordic enterprises
  • Familiarity with Nordic market dynamics, regulations, and business culture
  • Advanced degree (MBA preferred)
