You'll craft personalized messages highlighting how HubSpot helps companies attract visitors, convert leads, and delight customers, all while navigating objections with empathy and expertise. Working closely with Account Executives, you'll book qualified meetings that turn into loyal HubSpot customers, tracking every interaction meticulously to refine your approach and smash quotas. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new pipeline
  • Identify and qualify leads for HubSpot's Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs using CRM best practices
  • Articulate HubSpot's value proposition tied to inbound marketing and customer growth
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to hand off qualified opportunities seamlessly
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and pipeline updates in HubSpot CRM
  • Achieve or exceed monthly quotas for qualified meetings and opportunities created
  • Leverage sales intelligence tools to research prospects and personalize outreach
  • Participate in sales training and contribute to team knowledge sharing sessions
  • Analyze outbound performance metrics and optimize strategies for better conversion rates
  • Stay informed on HubSpot product updates and competitive landscape
  • Support inbound lead qualification during peak periods

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, communications, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or outbound prospecting roles
  • Proven track record of exceeding outbound calling and emailing targets
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles and CRM platforms
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
