As an Outbound BDR, you'll be the frontline ambassador for HubSpot's flywheel methodology, proactively reaching out to mid-market and enterprise prospects to uncover opportunities for growth through our Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub. In our growth-oriented culture, you'll thrive on metrics, collaboration, and continuous learning, contributing to a pipeline that fuels HubSpot's own remarkable expansion. Your day-to-day will involve high-volume outbound activities—think 50+ calls and 100+ emails weekly—using tools like HubSpot CRM, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research, engage, and qualify leads. You'll craft personalized messages highlighting how HubSpot helps companies attract visitors, convert leads, and delight customers, all while navigating objections with empathy and expertise. Working closely with Account Executives, you'll book qualified meetings that turn into loyal HubSpot customers, tracking every interaction meticulously to refine your approach and smash quotas.
