Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new leads
  • Research and identify ideal customer profiles (ICPs) within target accounts using HubSpot CRM
  • Qualify inbound leads and convert them into sales-qualified opportunities
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to develop and execute outbound strategies
  • Maintain accurate activity logs, pipeline updates, and CRM hygiene in HubSpot
  • Achieve monthly quotas for qualified opportunities and pipeline generation
  • Leverage inbound marketing insights to personalize outbound messaging
  • Participate in sales training, role-playing, and growth culture initiatives
  • Analyze prospect feedback to refine outreach tactics and improve conversion rates

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree graduating December 2025 in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
