Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and identify potential customers using research, cold calling, emailing, and social selling on LinkedIn
  • Qualify leads according to established criteria and nurture them through the early sales funnel
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer pain points and align with HubSpot's inbound marketing and CRM solutions
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to hand off qualified opportunities and support deal progression
  • Maintain accurate activity logs and pipeline data in HubSpot CRM
  • Achieve or exceed monthly quotas for qualified opportunities and pipeline generation
  • Leverage HubSpot tools to personalize outreach and improve response rates
  • Stay informed on HubSpot product updates, competitive landscape, and market trends
  • Participate in sales training, role-playing, and growth-focused team huddles
  • Contribute to a culture of transparency, feedback, and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, communications, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or outbound prospecting roles
  • Proven track record of generating pipeline through cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles and CRM platforms like HubSpot
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
