Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Partner Experience team in onboarding and enabling new partners to maximize their success with HubSpot's CRM and inbound marketing tools
  • Manage partner inquiries, escalations, and feedback to ensure high satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to develop and execute partner programs and events
  • Analyze partner performance data using HubSpot CRM to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Create and distribute partner resources, including training materials, best practices, and case studies
  • Coordinate partner communications, newsletters, and updates aligned with HubSpot's growth initiatives
  • Track key metrics such as partner engagement, revenue attribution, and certification completion
  • Assist in scaling partner operations to support HubSpot's inbound methodology and customer-centric culture
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of partner experience processes and tools
  • Represent the Partner Experience team at internal meetings and partner-facing events

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in partner management, customer success, or operations within a SaaS or tech environment
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or Tableau
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Experience with inbound marketing principles and partner ecosystems
