Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential partners in German-speaking markets to expand HubSpot's partner ecosystem
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, providing them with the tools and training to successfully sell HubSpot solutions
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies with partners to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and success teams to ensure partner-led deals align with HubSpot's inbound methodology
  • Conduct partner enablement sessions, certifications, and co-marketing activities focused on CRM and inbound marketing
  • Track partner performance metrics, pipeline, and revenue attribution using HubSpot's CRM platform
  • Negotiate partner agreements, incentives, and deal registrations to maximize mutual success
  • Represent HubSpot at industry events, webinars, and partner summits in EMEA
  • Analyze market trends in DACH region to identify new partner opportunities and competitive intelligence
  • Drive partner adoption of HubSpot's full product suite, from Marketing Hub to Sales and Service Hubs
  • Report on partner program KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement of HubSpot's partner acquisition strategy

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in partner sales, channel sales, or business development within the SaaS or technology sector
  • Fluency in German (written and spoken) with proven ability to conduct business in German-speaking markets
  • Track record of successfully acquiring and onboarding new partners, driving revenue growth through partnerships
  • Deep understanding of CRM platforms, inbound marketing strategies, and the SaaS ecosystem
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • Experience working with partner ecosystems in EMEA, particularly DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Strong knowledge of HubSpot's product suite or comparable inbound marketing and CRM tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling to agencies, consultancies, or technology partners in the marketing technology space
