Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with German-speaking partners in the HubSpot ecosystem
  • Drive partner recruitment, onboarding, and activation to expand HubSpot's presence in the DACH region
  • Collaborate with partners to co-create go-to-market strategies leveraging HubSpot's CRM and inbound marketing tools
  • Achieve quarterly partner growth and revenue targets through enablement and joint selling efforts
  • Provide partners with training, resources, and support on HubSpot products to ensure successful customer implementations
  • Identify opportunities for partner-led upsell, cross-sell, and expansion within their customer base
  • Represent HubSpot at partner events, webinars, and conferences in German-speaking markets
  • Analyze partner performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to optimize programs
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Success teams to align on partner initiatives
  • Stay updated on market trends in CRM, inbound marketing, and SaaS to advise partners effectively

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • Fluency in German (written and spoken) at a native or C1+ level
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, partner management, or channel sales within the SaaS or technology sector
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets or managing partner relationships
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% for partner events and meetings

Preferred Qualifications
