Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, negotiate, and close strategic product partnerships with key technology providers, agencies, and ecosystem players to expand HubSpot's inbound marketing and CRM capabilities
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies, including co-marketing campaigns, bundled offerings, and integrated solutions that drive mutual customer growth
  • Collaborate with HubSpot's product and engineering teams to define integration roadmaps and ensure seamless interoperability with partner technologies
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with partner counterparts to align on shared growth objectives and resolve escalations
  • Analyze partnership performance metrics, such as revenue attribution, customer acquisition, and churn reduction, to optimize and scale successful initiatives
  • Champion HubSpot's HEART values (Humble, Empathetic, Adaptable, Remarkable, Transparent) in all partnership activities, fostering a culture of inbound growth

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or alliance management within the SaaS or technology industry
  • Proven track record of building and scaling strategic product partnerships that drive revenue growth and product innovation
  • Deep expertise in CRM, inbound marketing, and customer success platforms, with hands-on experience integrating with HubSpot or similar ecosystems
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS go-to-market strategies, including inbound marketing, account-based marketing, and growth hacking
  • Experience negotiating complex partnership agreements, joint ventures, and co-marketing initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams
