Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for a key area within HubSpot's CRM and inbound marketing portfolio
  • Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-impact features on time
  • Prioritize product backlog using data-driven insights, customer feedback, and business goals
  • Measure product success through KPIs like adoption, retention, revenue impact, and customer satisfaction
  • Champion HubSpot's growth culture by fostering experimentation, iteration, and customer-centric decision making
  • Work closely with sales and customer success teams to ensure product-market fit and enablement
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in CRM, inbound marketing, and AI-driven personalization
  • Mentor junior product managers and contribute to HubSpot's HEART values (Humble, Empathetic, Adaptable, Remarkable, Transparent)
  • Drive cross-functional alignment on product strategy to support HubSpot's mission of helping millions grow better

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS or technology company
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling products that drive customer growth and retention
  • Deep understanding of CRM systems, inbound marketing principles, and customer lifecycle management
  • Experience working in an agile environment with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and sales
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and metrics-driven decision making
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Passion for HubSpot's inbound methodology and growth-oriented culture

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field
  • Experience managing products in the CRM or marketing automation space
