You'll craft compelling stories that highlight the power of our CRM ecosystem, from seamless integrations to custom app development, and execute GTM strategies that accelerate adoption and revenue growth. Collaborating closely with product managers, engineering, sales, and our global marketing teams, you'll launch features, run campaigns, and measure impact using HubSpot's own analytics tools. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for HubSpot's Platform products, including APIs, integrations, and developer tools
  • Create compelling messaging, positioning, and content that resonates with developers, technical buyers, and inbound marketing practitioners
  • Collaborate with product management, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with product roadmap and customer needs
  • Drive demand generation through campaigns, webinars, ebooks, and thought leadership content focused on CRM innovation and platform extensibility
  • Analyze campaign performance using HubSpot CRM data and optimize for pipeline growth and customer acquisition
  • Support sales enablement with battlecards, demos, and competitive intelligence tailored to platform selling motions
  • Launch new features and updates with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless promotion across inbound channels
  • Measure and report on marketing KPIs, including MQLs, SQLs, and platform adoption metrics
  • Contribute to HubSpot's growth culture by experimenting with bold ideas and sharing insights company-wide
  • Represent Platform Marketing in customer-facing events, such as INBOUND, to showcase HubSpot's ecosystem

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in SaaS or technology platforms
  • Proven track record of launching and promoting B2B products with measurable impact on pipeline and revenue
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms, inbound marketing principles, and the HubSpot ecosystem
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience creating compelling marketing content
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive marketing decisions and optimize campaigns
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with a focus on experimentation and iteration

  • Experience marketing developer platforms, APIs, or technical products to developers and technical buyers
