Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with EMEA Sales leaders to define hiring needs and build talent pipelines for roles like Account Executives, SDRs, and Sales Managers
  • Source, screen, and interview high-volume sales candidates using inbound recruiting strategies aligned with HubSpot's growth culture
  • Leverage HubSpot CRM to track candidate pipelines, engagement, and recruitment metrics
  • Execute full-cycle recruiting including offer negotiation, closing top talent, and ensuring a world-class candidate experience
  • Collaborate with the People Team to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in EMEA hiring
  • Analyze recruitment data to optimize processes and report on key metrics like time-to-fill and quality of hire
  • Build relationships with EMEA universities, tech communities, and sales networks for passive sourcing
  • Stay ahead of market trends in CRM sales hiring, particularly for inbound marketing expertise
  • Support onboarding and integration of new sales hires into HubSpot's HEART values and growth mindset

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 1 year focused on sales roles in EMEA
  • Proven track record of sourcing and closing top-tier sales talent in competitive markets
  • Deep knowledge of EMEA recruitment landscape, including UK, Germany, France, and other key regions
  • Experience using ATS systems like Greenhouse or Lever, and CRM tools like HubSpot
  • Fluency in English required; proficiency in German, French, or other EMEA languages highly valued
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, particularly inbound sales and revenue operations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for SaaS or tech companies with a focus on CRM and inbound marketing
