Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Account Executives focused on small business customers in Benelux
  • Drive team performance to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent to support HubSpot's growth in the region
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to optimize the inbound sales funnel
  • Analyze sales metrics and CRM data to refine strategies and improve pipeline velocity
  • Champion HubSpot's inbound marketing methodology to deliver value to small businesses
  • Forecast sales performance accurately and report to regional leadership
  • Build relationships with key Benelux partners and ecosystem players
  • Enable your team with HubSpot CRM tools, playbooks, and deal progression best practices
  • Identify market trends in Benelux small businesses and adapt sales approaches accordingly

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales experience in SaaS or technology, with at least 2 years in a sales management role
  • Proven track record of managing and growing high-performing sales teams in the small business segment
  • Deep understanding of the Benelux market, including Dutch, Belgian, and Luxembourg business landscapes
  • Fluency in English and Dutch; proficiency in French is highly advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience selling CRM, inbound marketing, or revenue operations software
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales quotas consistently
  • Strong knowledge of HubSpot's platform or similar inbound marketing tools
