Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Account Executives focused on small business customers in Benelux
  • Drive team performance to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the Benelux small business market
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, customer success, and product to optimize inbound strategies
  • Conduct sales forecasting, pipeline reviews, and performance analysis using HubSpot CRM
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members on HubSpot's growth playbook
  • Champion HubSpot's inbound marketing philosophy to deliver value to small businesses
  • Build relationships with key partners and influencers in the Benelux ecosystem
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales approaches
  • Foster a high-energy, results-oriented team culture aligned with HubSpot's HEART values

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management role focused on small businesses
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas in the Benelux region
  • Fluency in Dutch and English; proficiency in French is highly advantageous
  • Deep understanding of the Benelux small business market dynamics and CRM solutions
  • Experience selling SaaS products, preferably inbound marketing or CRM tools
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and coaching sales teams
  • Ability to travel within Benelux as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
  • Previous success in scaling sales teams in a high-growth SaaS environment
  • Knowledge of inbound marketing methodologies
  • MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field
