Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of Account Executives focused on small businesses in Iberia
  • Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets and drive team performance to exceed quotas
  • Coach and mentor sales reps on HubSpot CRM, inbound marketing strategies, and deal progression
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to optimize the customer journey
  • Analyze sales pipelines, forecast revenue, and provide data-driven insights to leadership
  • Prospect and develop relationships with small business leaders in Spain and Portugal
  • Champion HubSpot's growth culture by fostering innovation, transparency, and customer obsession
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, enablement sessions, and career development planning
  • Stay ahead of market trends in CRM and inbound marketing to position HubSpot as the leader

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales experience in SaaS or technology, with at least 2 years in a sales management role
  • Proven track record of managing and growing high-performing sales teams in the small business segment
  • Deep experience selling CRM, inbound marketing, or revenue operations solutions
  • Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese required, with strong proficiency in English
  • Demonstrated success in the Iberia market (Spain and Portugal), understanding local business dynamics
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience achieving and exceeding quota targets in competitive markets
