Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of Small Business Account Executives in Iberia
  • Set and achieve ambitious revenue targets through effective team coaching and performance management
  • Drive adoption of HubSpot's CRM and inbound marketing solutions among small businesses
  • Develop and execute localized sales strategies tailored to the Iberia market
  • Conduct regular pipeline reviews, forecasting, and deal inspections to ensure consistent quota attainment
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to optimize the customer journey
  • Foster a high-growth, inbound sales culture aligned with HubSpot's HEART values (Humble, Empathetic, Adaptable, Remarkable, Transparent)
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to refine go-to-market strategies
  • Mentor team members on consultative selling techniques for CRM and revenue orchestration

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales experience in SaaS or technology, with at least 2 years in a sales management role
  • Proven track record of managing and growing high-performing sales teams in the small business segment
  • Deep experience selling CRM, inbound marketing, or revenue operations solutions
  • Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese, with strong proficiency in English
  • Demonstrated success in the Iberia market (Spain and Portugal), understanding local business dynamics
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience with quota attainment and revenue growth in competitive markets
