Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of Account Executives focused on small business customers in the Nordilux region
  • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets for CRM, inbound marketing, and revenue tools adoption
  • Coach and develop sales reps to master HubSpot's inbound selling methodology and product suite
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and pipeline health to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to align on Nordics go-to-market strategies
  • Prospect and support key small business deals in the region to model best practices
  • Foster HubSpot's growth culture by promoting transparency, experimentation, and customer obsession
  • Represent HubSpot at local events, webinars, and industry conferences in the Nordics

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales experience in SaaS, CRM, or technology sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management role
  • Proven track record of managing and growing high-performing sales teams targeting small businesses
  • Deep understanding of the Nordics market (Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Iceland), including local business culture and language proficiency in English and at least one Nordic language
  • Experience selling CRM, inbound marketing, or revenue operations solutions to SMBs
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales quotas consistently
  • Strong knowledge of HubSpot's platform, inbound methodology, and growth-driven sales strategies
