Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Account Executives focused on small business customers in Nordilux
  • Drive team performance to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets through inbound and outbound sales strategies
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent to scale the small business sales engine
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to optimize the inbound marketing flywheel for SMBs
  • Analyze sales pipelines, forecast accurately, and provide data-driven insights to senior leadership
  • Champion HubSpot's CRM and inbound methodology to deliver personalized customer experiences

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales experience in SaaS, CRM, or technology sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management role
  • Proven track record of managing and growing high-performing sales teams in the small business segment
  • Deep experience selling CRM, inbound marketing, or revenue operations solutions to SMBs
  • Strong understanding of the Nordics market, including Luxembourg, with fluency in English and proficiency in at least one local language (e.g., German, French, or Danish)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Demonstrated success in hitting or exceeding sales quotas consistently (e.g., 100%+ quota attainment over multiple quarters)
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar inbound marketing platforms is highly advantageous
