Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with mid-market and enterprise prospects in France
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and contract signing
  • Conduct product demonstrations showcasing HubSpot's CRM, inbound marketing, and sales enablement tools
  • Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers in French organizations
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
  • Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies tailored to the French market
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management using HubSpot CRM
  • Stay current on inbound marketing trends, CRM innovations, and competitive landscape
  • Participate in industry events, webinars, and trade shows to generate leads and represent HubSpot
  • Mentor junior Account Executives and contribute to team sales training
  • Gather customer feedback to inform product roadmap and marketing strategies

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in SaaS or technology sales, with at least 3 years selling CRM or inbound marketing solutions
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas consistently (top 20% performer)
  • Fluency in French and English (written and spoken), with experience selling into the French market
  • Strong understanding of the French enterprise sales cycle and local business culture
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for customer meetings and events in France and Europe
  • EU work authorization and ability to be based in France
