HubSpot is seeking a Senior Account Executive, Mid Market - Iberia to drive revenue growth in Spain, Portugal, and surrounding markets. Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with mid-market companies in Iberia
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and contract signing
  • Build and nurture a high-quality sales pipeline through outbound and inbound efforts
  • Conduct product demonstrations showcasing HubSpot's CRM, inbound marketing, and revenue operations solutions
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Partners to ensure customer retention and expansion
  • Develop and execute territory plans to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual quotas
  • Provide insights on market trends and customer feedback to inform product roadmap

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in SaaS or technology, with at least 2 years focused on mid-market accounts
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth in competitive markets
  • Strong understanding of CRM, inbound marketing, and sales enablement tools
  • Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese, with excellent proficiency in English; experience selling in Iberia markets required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles with mid-market companies (50-500 employees)
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage a robust sales pipeline
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% within Iberia region
