About the Role

In this high-impact role, you'll drive revenue growth by selling HubSpot's integrated platform to ambitious Mid-Market companies (50-500 employees) across Spain and Portugal. Your day-to-day will involve owning the end-to-end sales process: from discovering high-potential leads through inbound marketing channels and outbound efforts, to delivering compelling demos that showcase how HubSpot's Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and Operations Hub can transform revenue operations. You'll partner with Solutions Engineers to tailor solutions, navigate complex buying committees, and close deals worth $50K-$250K ARR. Success means consistently exceeding quotas while contributing insights that shape our go-to-market strategy for the Iberian market. Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with Mid-Market companies in Iberia
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and contract signing
  • Conduct product demonstrations showcasing HubSpot's CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub
  • Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, and Partners for deal progression
  • Develop and execute territory plans to achieve and exceed quarterly/annual quotas
  • Leverage inbound marketing leads and outbound strategies to build pipeline
  • Provide customer insights to inform product roadmap and go-to-market strategies
  • Stay updated on Iberian market trends and competitive landscape
  • Mentor junior Account Executives and contribute to sales enablement initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in SaaS or technology, with at least 2 years focused on Mid-Market accounts
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas consistently (top 20% performer preferred)
  • Experience selling CRM, inbound marketing, or revenue orchestration solutions
  • Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese, with strong proficiency in English
  • Deep understanding of the Iberian market dynamics, including Spain and Portugal
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to travel up to 25% within Iberia for customer meetings and events

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo)
  • Prior success in Mid-Market sales (ARR $50K-$250K deals)
  • Familiarity with inbound sales methodologies and revenue operations
  • Existing network of contacts in Iberian tech, marketing, or SMB ecosystems
