Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full contract lifecycle for upmarket accounts in Nordilux, including drafting, negotiation, and execution of MSAs, SOWs, and renewals
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success teams to align contract terms with inbound marketing and CRM strategies
  • Mitigate risks in commercial agreements while supporting HubSpot's growth objectives
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations in Nordic countries and Luxembourg
  • Drive contract efficiency through process improvements and automation using HubSpot tools
  • Partner with legal, finance, and sales teams to resolve escalations and disputes
  • Analyze contract performance metrics to inform upmarket expansion strategies
  • Foster long-term customer relationships through proactive contract management
  • Support deal velocity by providing timely legal guidance on complex upmarket deals

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or account management within SaaS or technology companies
  • Proven track record managing complex contracts in upmarket segments, particularly in the Nordics and Luxembourg regions
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and inbound marketing principles
  • Experience negotiating commercial agreements, MSAs, and renewals with enterprise clients
  • Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented culture

Preferred Qualifications

  • J.D. or equivalent legal qualification
  • Prior experience at a high-growth SaaS company like HubSpot
