Expect to demo HubSpot's CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub, tailoring solutions to complex needs like lead nurturing, sales automation, and customer lifecycle management. You'll collaborate closely with Solutions Consultants, Partners, and our French-speaking Customer Success Managers to ensure 100% customer delight and rapid time-to-value. Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with corporate accounts in France
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and contract signing
  • Conduct product demonstrations showcasing HubSpot's CRM, inbound marketing, and revenue orchestration capabilities
  • Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives, marketing directors, and sales leaders
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers and Customer Success teams for seamless handoffs
  • Develop and execute territory plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Leverage HubSpot's growth culture to drive inbound leads and outbound campaigns
  • Provide market intelligence on French enterprise trends in CRM and marketing automation
  • Mentor junior Account Executives and contribute to sales enablement initiatives
  • Track all activity in HubSpot CRM and maintain accurate forecasting
  • Attend industry events and represent HubSpot at French trade shows

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of enterprise sales experience in SaaS or technology, with at least 3 years focused on the French market
  • Proven track record of closing deals exceeding €500K ACV in corporate accounts
  • Strong understanding of CRM, inbound marketing, and revenue operations in the European market
  • Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience selling to marketing, sales, and service teams in mid-market to enterprise organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Valid work authorization in France or EU

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
