Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with large corporate accounts in France
  • Manage the full sales cycle for enterprise deals, from discovery to negotiation and expansion
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers and Customer Success teams to deliver customized CRM and inbound marketing demos
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive adoption of HubSpot's Revenue Platform
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders including CMOs, CROs, and IT leaders
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas (€1M+ ARR target)
  • Leverage HubSpot's growth playbook to accelerate customer acquisition and retention
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback to inform product roadmap for French market
  • Conduct ROI analyses and business case development for inbound marketing transformations
  • Participate in industry events and contribute to HubSpot's HEART culture of transparency and hustle
  • Mentor junior Account Executives on enterprise sales best practices

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience in SaaS or technology, with a proven track record of closing deals over €100K ARR
  • Demonstrated success selling CRM, inbound marketing, or revenue orchestration solutions to large enterprises
  • Fluency in French and English, with strong proficiency in business-level communication
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles in the French market, including working with multinational corporations
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Consistent overachievement of sales quotas (top 20% performer in previous roles)
  • Deep understanding of the French enterprise landscape and regulatory environment
  • Valid work authorization in France or the EU
