Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with large corporate accounts in France
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and contract signing for deals targeting €500K+ ARR
  • Build and nurture executive relationships with C-level stakeholders (CMOs, CROs) to drive inbound marketing and CRM adoption
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers and Customer Success teams to deliver customized HubSpot demos and proofs-of-concept
  • Develop and execute territory plans leveraging HubSpot's growth playbook and inbound selling principles
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas while contributing to team goals
  • Provide market intelligence on French enterprise trends to inform HubSpot's product roadmap
  • Champion HubSpot's customer-first culture by ensuring high adoption and ROI post-sale

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, with a proven track record of closing deals exceeding €500K ARR

  • Fluency in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders in Fortune 500-equivalent companies
