Location: Remote - USA

Department: User Experience

About the Role

At HubSpot, we believe in powering growth for millions of customers through our industry-leading CRM, inbound marketing, and sales platforms. Drawing on HubSpot's growth culture, you'll mentor teammates, advocate for inclusive design in roadmaps, and measure impact through metrics that tie directly to user adoption and retention. We're looking for a designer who thrives in ambiguity, loves data-driven iteration, and embodies our HEART values (Humble, Empathetic, Adaptable, Remarkable, Transparent). With your expertise, you'll help HubSpot remain the most accessible and user-friendly platform in inbound marketing. Join us in Cambridge, MA (or remote in eligible locations) and be part of a team that's redefining how businesses grow.
