Your days will be filled with high-impact work: scouting strategic partners, co-developing inbound-powered campaigns, and using HubSpot CRM analytics to optimize performance across regions like APAC, EMEA, and beyond. You'll collaborate closely with sales and product teams to create joint value propositions, host partner webinars, and celebrate wins that contribute to our collective revenue goals. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global partnership strategies to drive revenue growth through key alliances and channel partners
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential partners aligned with HubSpot's inbound marketing and CRM ecosystem
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to co-create joint go-to-market plans and enablement resources
  • Analyze partnership performance using HubSpot CRM data, optimizing for customer acquisition, retention, and expansion
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to scale partner programs internationally, adapting to regional market nuances
  • Create compelling marketing collateral, webinars, and campaigns to promote partner success stories and HubSpot integrations
  • Track and report on key metrics such as partner-sourced revenue, activation rates, and lifetime value
  • Foster a growth mindset culture by mentoring junior marketers and sharing best practices in partnership marketing

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or business development within the SaaS or technology industry
  • Proven track record of driving global partnership growth and revenue through strategic alliances
  • Deep understanding of CRM platforms, inbound marketing principles, and customer-centric growth strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform partnership decisions and measure ROI
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for cross-functional and international collaboration
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment similar to HubSpot's culture
