Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business with mid-market accounts in France using HubSpot's CRM and inbound marketing tools
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and contract signing for deals targeting €50K-€250K ARR
  • Conduct product demonstrations showcasing HubSpot's integrated CRM, marketing, sales, and service hubs
  • Build and nurture a robust pipeline through outbound efforts, inbound leads, and partnerships
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to deliver exceptional buyer experiences
  • Develop deep knowledge of the French market to tailor inbound strategies and overcome competitive objections
  • Accurately forecast sales opportunities and report on pipeline health using HubSpot's reporting tools
  • Champion HubSpot's customer-first culture by providing post-sale handoffs and driving customer advocacy

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in mid-market or enterprise segments
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas consistently, with experience selling CRM or inbound marketing solutions
  • Fluency in French and English, with strong proficiency in business-level communication
  • Deep understanding of the French market, including local business practices, regulations, and competitive landscape
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles with mid-market accounts (50-500 employees)
  • Strong technical aptitude to demo SaaS products effectively
