Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of AI-powered features for HubSpot's go-to-market products, enhancing CRM capabilities for sales, marketing, and service teams
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define user requirements and translate them into intuitive, scalable designs
  • Conduct user research and testing to validate AI-driven experiences that drive inbound marketing success and customer growth
  • Create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and design systems that align with HubSpot's HEART framework (Happy, Engaged, Adopted, Retained, Trusted)
  • Partner with data scientists to integrate AI insights into user interfaces, such as predictive analytics and automated workflows

  • Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools like Framer or Principle
  • Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and data scientists in agile environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Experience designing for enterprise customers in inbound marketing, sales, or customer success domains
  • Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application to user experiences in go-to-market strategies
