Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of AI-powered features that accelerate HubSpot customers' go-to-market strategies within our CRM platform
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define user needs for inbound marketing and sales automation tools
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform AI-driven experiences that drive customer growth
  • Create high-fidelity prototypes and design systems that scale across HubSpot's inbound flywheel
  • Partner with GTM teams to ensure AI designs align with revenue operations and customer success workflows
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles in a culture of experimentation and rapid iteration
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to HubSpot's design system for consistent, world-class experiences

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in product design, with at least 3 years focused on AI-powered products or go-to-market tools
  • Proven track record designing user experiences for CRM, inbound marketing, or sales enablement platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Expertise in design tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD, with strong prototyping capabilities
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and GTM leaders
  • Deep understanding of AI/ML applications in marketing, sales, and customer success workflows
