About the Role

At HubSpot, we believe in powering growth for millions of customers through our all-in-one CRM platform, and we're seeking a Senior Product Designer I for our Engage (Notifications) team in User Experience. You'll design engaging, personalized notification experiences that help customers nurture leads, close deals faster, and scale their businesses— all while embodying our culture of HEART and transparency. Join a team that's obsessed with customer success and innovation in the heart of Cambridge, MA (or remote-friendly locations). Leveraging HubSpot's design system, you'll craft pixel-perfect prototypes in Figma, conduct user interviews, and iterate based on A/B test results to ensure designs align with inbound principles like context and relevance. Your work will directly impact how 150,000+ customers engage with our platform daily. We're looking for a designer passionate about CRM and growth who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
