Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design of pricing and packaging experiences for HubSpot's Fintech products, optimizing for customer acquisition and retention
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define user needs through research and ideation in the CRM context
  • Create high-fidelity prototypes and design systems that scale across HubSpot's inbound marketing tools
  • Conduct user testing and iterate on designs to drive growth metrics like conversion rates and churn reduction
  • Partner with sales and customer success teams to align pricing UX with inbound methodologies

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in product design with a focus on fintech, pricing, and packaging solutions
  • Proven track record designing user experiences for complex SaaS pricing models in CRM or enterprise software
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Expertise in design tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong portfolio showcasing fintech-related projects with measurable business impact
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and data scientists
  • Deep understanding of inbound marketing principles and customer growth strategies
