Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of innovative features for HubSpot's UIE Developer Product Group, enhancing developer experiences within our CRM ecosystem
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and developers to define user requirements and translate them into intuitive interfaces
  • Conduct user research, create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to iterate on product concepts
  • Ensure designs align with HubSpot's inbound marketing principles and growth flywheel, driving customer delight and retention
  • Partner with engineering to guide implementation, ensuring pixel-perfect execution and performance optimization
  • Advocate for accessibility, inclusivity, and best practices in design systems across the Developer Product Group

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in product design or UX/UI design roles, with a focus on enterprise software
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field

  • Expertise in modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, with strong prototyping skills
